Network Nightmare WAN Simulator

The Network Nightmare is a sophisticated yet inexpensive wide area network simulator. Use it to simulate real world conditions from the comfort of your own laboratory or desktop! The bandwidth can be limited, the Round Trip Time (RTT) of a wide area network (WAN) connection factored in, and even lossy networks can be emulated. This serves to create a virtual network that you can use to debug applications, do web performance tuning, perform video research or even benchmark performance from the remote sites of the distributed enterprise.

The Network Nightmare comes with three network interfaces. This enables you to use one to remotely control the device, and two to process traffic. By default the Network Nightmare will bridge the "Network 1" and "Network 2" ports, for simple installation. You can also change it to operate as a router instead.
